专利说明:
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a towing vehicle and a container for a towing vehicle according to the appended claims. BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART A conventional tractor intended to tow a semi-trailer comprises a vehicle frame at which front wheels and rear wheels are arranged. The vehicle frame is arranged to carry large components such as a cab and drive package that includes the engine and gearbox, as well as a number of other components required for the vehicle to be complete. The tractor includes a compressed air system for, among other things, supplying a pneumatic brake system with air, a fuel system for supplying the engine with fuel and a one-exhaust system for transporting exhaust gases from the engine. The compressed air system includes a number of compressed air tanks for storing compressed air. The fuel system comprises at least one fuel tank for storing fuel and the exhaust system comprises at least one muffler and often at least one urea tank arranged to store enure solution which is intended to be supplied with exhaust gases in the exhaust system to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides from the engine. The compressed air tanks, fuel tank, muffler and urea tank are often located on the outside of the vehicle frame between the front wheels and rear wheels because they are relatively large and because the space in the vehicle frame between its frame side beams is often filled with other components that require more protected placement. Placing the tanks and muffler in this way can give rise to problems because tractors typically have a relatively short wheelbase, which limits the space available between the wheels. As the available space is limited, it is often difficult to satisfy requirements for larger or fls fuel tanks to increase the range of the vehicle and for larger or fl compressed air tanks and urea tanks to satisfy ever-increasing needs regarding braking capacity and exhaust purification, especially as the starting space is also arranged. and consumable batteries, spaces for tools and spare wheels etc. as well as cables and pipes that connect different components to each other. A conventional coupling between a tractor and a semi-trailer consists of a turntable which is attached to the vehicle frame and a coupling pin which is attached to the semi-trailer. In the coupled position, the coupling pin engages in the turntable and is locked relative to it in the axial direction. The turntable is designed and attached in such a way that there is an air gap between the front lower side of the trailer and the vehicle frame. The air gap is required to enable tipping of the trailer around the turntable extending tipping axis during shunting and collision with ferry ramps or the like without the front lower side of the trailer colliding with the vehicle frame but giving rise to turbulence which increases the vehicle's air resistance and thus its fuel consumption. SE 534 672 C2 shows a device for storing compressed air. The device is adapted to be mounted on a vehicle behind its cab to take up less space than a conventional compressed air tank. WO 2006/048740 A1 discloses a device for storing fuel. The device consists of a crossbeam in a vehicle frame to take up less space than a conventional fuel tank. GB 171,868 describes a method for attaching single wedge-shaped fuel tank to a vehicle. SE 537 041 C2 shows a tractor with a side keel and an elongate element that can be moved between an active position where the extension side keel is upwards and reduces the gap between the front of the trailer and the vehicle frame and thus also the vehicle's air resistance and a lower inactive position where the gap is large enough. to enable tipping of the semi-trailer relative to the vehicle frame without them risking colliding with each other. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to demonstrate an alternative placement of single containers which contributes to a larger storage capacity than before. Another purpose is to free up space along the outside of the vehicle frame, which space can be used for Lex's or larger containers and / or for other components. A further object is to improve the aerodynamic properties of a vehicle by providing means for reducing the gap between the front lower side of the trailer and the vehicle frame, thereby reducing the air resistance of the vehicle and its fuel consumption. These and other objects are achieved by the features set forth in the appended claims. Since the container is located at the upper side of the vehicle frame between the rear cab wall and the coupling device and adapted to extend under the front lower side of a semi-attached semi-trailer, an alternative placement of single containers is obtained which makes it possible to store more container contents than before while freeing space along the vehicle frame. for eg or larger containers such as e.g. fuel tanks or compressed air tanks and / or for other components. In an advantageous embodiment, the container is wedge-shaped with the tip directed towards the rear cab wall. This creates a space that makes it possible for the tipper trailer relative to the tractor when shunting and colliding on ferry ramps or the like without the front lower side of the trailer risking colliding with the container. In an advantageous embodiment, the tip is extended and merges into a substantially horizontal portion which is adapted to form a walking table. This results in a single component with two functions, which is cost-saving and reduces the number of components that must be stored. The walking table is advantageously designed with an uneven top, which reduces the risk of slipping for a person who is on the walking table. In an advantageous embodiment, the side walls of the container extend in the longitudinal direction of the tractor and at least partially bridge a distance between an upper side of the vehicle frame and a front lower side of the semi-trailer and are adapted to direct an air gap backwards in the direction of travel of the tractor. Thereby, the air gap between the front lower side of the trailer and the vehicle frame decreases and since air fl is directed backwards in the direction of travel instead of across the vehicle between the trailer and the tractor, the vehicle's air resistance and thus also its fuel consumption decreases. In an advantageous embodiment, the outwardly facing side of the side walls defines a substantially vertical side plane which substantially corresponds to and is in line with the corresponding substantially vertical side plane of a side skirt. Thereby the side walls form an upward extension of the side skirts and a smooth vehicle side is obtained. In an advantageous embodiment, a number of containers are arranged next to each other. Thereby it is possible to fill a container with e.g. fuel and another with e.g. urea to make efficient use of available space. Other features and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the claims, the description of exemplary embodiments and the accompanying figures. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS In the following, embodiments of the invention are described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 schematically shows a towing vehicle with a coupled trailer. Fig. 2 shows a perspective view with broken away parts of a towing vehicle with a container according to the invention. Fig. 3 shows a side view of a container according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1 schematically shows a towing vehicle 1, a so-called towing vehicle, with a cab 2 mounted on a vehicle frame 3 comprising two elongate parallel frame side beams 4, only one of which is shown in the figure. The frame side beams 4 are connected to each other by a number of crossbeams (not shown). Front wheels 5 and rear wheels 6 are arranged at the vehicle frame 3. At least one side skirt 7 extends between the center front wheels 5 and the rear wheels 6 on each vehicle side. The side skirts 7 are attached to the respective frame side beam 4 and normally extend in a substantially vertical direction downwards from an upper surface 10 of the frame side beam 4 as far as possible without there being a risk that the side skirt 7 will at some point collide with the ground on which the towing vehicle 1 is driven. The outwardly facing side of the side skirts 7 defines a substantially vertical side plane of the towing vehicle 1, which side plane substantially corresponds to the corresponding substantially vertical side plane defined by the outwardly facing sides of the wheels 5,6. This means that the outwardly facing side of the side skirts 7 and the outwardly facing sides of the wheels 5,6 extend substantially in line with each other. A trailer 12 in the form of a semi-trailer is detachably and pivotally coupled to the towing vehicle 1 by means of a coupling device 13 which consists of a turntable which is attached to the vehicle frame 3 and a coupling pin (not shown) which is attached to the trailer 12. In the coupled position, the coupling pin engages the coupling device 13 and is locked relative thereto in the axial direction. The coupling device 13 is designed and fastened in such a way that there is an air gap 14 between the front lower side 15 of the trailer 12 and the vehicle frame 3. The air gap 14 is required to allow tilting of the trailer 12 around a transverse coupling device 13 extending tilt axis 18 when shunting and colliding on ferry ramps or the like without the front lower side 15 of the trailer 12 risking to collide with the vehicle frame 3. Figure 1 shows the trailer 12 with dashed contours 19 in the tilted position. At least one container 20 is arranged at the upper surface 10 of the vehicle frame 3 between a rear cab wall 21 and the coupling device 13. The container 20 is adapted to extend below the lower lower side 15 of the coupled trailer 12 and is adapted to be filled with air, gas or liquid. The container 20 can thus e.g. constitute an entry air tank for supplying a pneumatic braking system with air, a single fuel tank for supplying an engine with fuel, e.g. petrol or diesel, a urea tank to supply a urea exhaust gas purification system or a gas tank to supply gas-powered combustion engine with propellant. It is of course possible to store liquid other than fuel or urea in the container without the storage tank being lost. Fig. 2 shows that the container 20 is formed by a top part 23 and a bottom part 24 connecting side walls 25, a front wall 26 and an end wall 27. The figure also shows the air gap 14 which makes it possible to tip the trailer 12 relative to the towing vehicle 1 without risking collide with each other. In previously known solutions, the air gap 14 gives rise to turbulence as the air resistance of the boosting vehicle and thus also its fuel consumption. In order to reduce the air resistance, the side walls 25 of the container 20 are adapted to control an air flow backwards in the direction of travel of the vehicle during operation of the vehicle. The side walls 25 for this purpose extend in the longitudinal direction of the towing vehicle 1 and bridge at least partially the distance between the upper surface 10 of the vehicle frame 3 and the front lower side 15 of the trailer 12. The outwardly facing side walls 25 define a substantially vertical lateral plane This means that the outwardly facing side of the side skirts 7 and the outwardly facing sides of the side walls 25 extend substantially outwardly parallel planes and that the side walls 25 form an extension upwards of the side skirts 7 so that a relatively smooth outside is obtained. The container 20 can be as high at its end facing the coupling device 13 as at its end facing the rear cab wall 21 but still so low that the trailer 12 is allowed to tip relative to the towing vehicle 1 without collision risk but to utilize the space between the upper surface 10 of the vehicle frame 3 and the front lower side 15 of the trailer 12 is effectively a container 20 in an advantageous embodiment wedge-shaped and formed with decreasing height from its counter-coupling device 13 facing end towards the rear cab wall 21. The top part 23 slopes, as can be seen from Fig. 3 an angle v towards the horizontal plane. The top part 23 can be designed in different ways Lex. flat or step-shaped or in any other way that is suitable in the current application. Fig. 3 shows that the tip of the wedge-shaped container 20 is elongated and merges into a substantially horizontal portion which is adapted to form a walkway 30 between the trailer vehicle 12 and the rear cab wall 21. The walkway table 30 thereby forms a single work platform for a person coupling the trailer 12 to the towing vehicle 1. The walkway 30 is advantageously provided with an uneven top surface 31, Lex. in the form of crater - shaped holes or elevations to reduce the risk of slipping on the person on the treadmill 30. In an alternative embodiment, a partition wall 32 is arranged in the container 20 in such a way that the horizontal portion constituting a walkway 30 is located outside the fillable part of the container 20. The partition wall is marked with a dotted line in Fig. 3. The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, but a number of possibilities for modifications thereof are obvious to the person skilled in the art without him for that reason deviating from the basic idea of the invention as defined in the patent claims. In an advantageous embodiment, e.g. a container 20 transversely pulls the vehicle 1 from one side skirt 7 to the other, but it is also possible to arrange a number of containers 20 next to each other between the two side skirts 7 without the inventive idea being lost.
